At the heart of this ministry is a leadership team that is built to love people, guard the vision, and serve with real care. The leaders at Radical One don't see leadership as titles first, they see it as responsibility.

They believe leadership is showing up, praying, listening, teaching, and serving even when nobody is clapping. The goal is always the same, help people become whole and help them live God’s purpose with confidence.
